Job Overview

At Intuit, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Principal Product Manager (PPM) to spearhead our Lending division. In this pivotal role, the PPM will lead the lending platform that powers credit products for both businesses and consumers. This role involves owning the responsibility to enhance existing capabilities while leveraging a platform mindset to introduce innovative offerings across our product lines—MailChimp, QuickBooks, Credit Karma, and TurboTax. This is a high-stakes position that requires strategic leadership to ensure our fintech solutions not only meet but exceed the financial needs of our global customers, fostering growth and innovation across Intuit.

Responsibilities

  • A minimum of 10 years in product management, with a leadership background in designing and delivering world-class software products. Prior Fintech experience is a prerequisite. Lending experience is preferred.
  • Deep expertise in large-scale fintech platforms, with a strong understanding of the technical and business processes essential for lending in the US..
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional and cross-geographical teams. Must be capable of driving strategic narratives and engaging effectively with senior leaders.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies, with a track record of planning and executing projects with precision and speed.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams to launch major projects successfully.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong sense of urgency and a proven ability to drive business growth through innovative solutions.
  • Educational background: BS or B. Tech degree required; MBA preferred or equivalent professional experience.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:INSERT PAY RANGES – for example:

Bay Area California $226,500 - $307,000

  • Act as a key figure within the Fintech Platform Product Management leadership, collaborating closely with other leaders to craft a cohesive vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape to ensure our offerings are superior and well-positioned.
  • Collaborate across Intuit’s business units to deliver holistic and delightful consumer experiences.
  • Lead the product prioritization and development process, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market positioning, and long-term business objectives.
