Job Overview
We’re seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join the QuickBooks Payments team, focused primarily on AR features for mid market businesses.
Responsibilities
- Lead, deliver, and contribute user experience design for AR experiences for an industry-leading mid market platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other designers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver end to end user experiences
- Plan and conduct user research, including surveys, usability testing, and user interviews
- Translate research insights into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Ensure a consistent user-centered design approach across all projects
- Deliver pixel perfect specs for development
- Work closely with developers to ensure implementation is to spec

The expected base pay range for this position is:Bay Area: $148,500 - $201,000This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, User Experience Design,
- Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in interaction or user experience design
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work
- Experience with designing for financial software a plus
- Content design experience a plus
- Visual design experience, interpreting and applying a standardized design system a plus
- Expertise with Figma, auto-layout
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and guidelines - Excellent communication and teamwork skills
