We are looking for strong strategic problem solvers who have the ability to shape how we manage execution, drive velocity, and execution effectiveness through streamlining how we translate strategy to action, drive process automation, and enable visibility. As a Business Operations Principal, you will work alongside executive leaders to provide thought leadership and drive initiatives that enable achievement of the business and product portfolio objectives. You will also have an opportunity to work across the broader communities (e.g. Product, Marketing, Finance, Business segments) to help innovate and drive change in how we operate.
Responsibilities
- Provide thought leadership in identifying opportunities to drive velocity and effectiveness of executing to the business and product goals
- Design, implement and manage workflows that drive product development and delivery
- Design and define process automation and tooling requirements for planning and execution in a SaaS environment.
- Analyze planning, execution, and operational data to provide insights and actionable recommendations
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, Marketing, Finance, Business segments) to jointly problem solve and develop solutions to complex product development velocity and efficiency problems
- Lead strategic initiatives or projects end-to-end, with limited guidance, from initial hypotheses to recommendation to operationalization
- Design and implement frameworks and operating models that accelerate operational excellence, decision-making, and best practices at scale across the company
Qualifications

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $191,500 - 259,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
