Job Overview
Come join the Intuit Data Exchange (IDX) team as a Senior Development Manager for developing and managing services at a large scale, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our Document Comprehension and product strategies. As a leader of our platform teams, you will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge capabilities that can scale to hundreds of millions of Intuit customers.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of developers, designers, program managers and product managers who are passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for leading the development of our data exchange, document comprehension platforms, ensuring that they are scalable, reliable, and secure. - Create shared vision and build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships / alignment with partners across the business (e.g. Program Mgmt, Business Analyst, and Product Management).
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science / MS or equivalent work-related experience
- 12+ years of experience in delivering software products with 3+ years experienced as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered platform services.
- 5+ years of strong experience leading design and implementation of robust and highly scalable and distributed platforms
- Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams.
- Adept at articulating the product vision and drive the future roadmap with strong business acumen
- Ability to think and act strategically for all stakeholders
- Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with a minimum of 8-12 years of hands on software development experience in cloud technologies (AWS), machine learning concepts, micro services development, version control systems (i.e. Git, Github), workflows and GenAI technologies and ability to write production-ready code, deploying highly scalable software supporting millions or more users.
- Experience with Agile development and methodologies and SaaS technologies
- Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
