Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive, strategic problem-solver to join our Intuit Business Operations team as a Program Manager, focused on delivering significant business outcomes for Intuit. Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:

San Diego, CA $143,500- $194,000

Mt. View, CA $154,000 -$208,500

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at IntuitĀ®: Careers | Benefits).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.

Responsibilities

  • Drive program teams to achieve strategic outcomes rapidly, effectively managing dependencies and removing obstacles to ensure business success. Employ best practices in initiating, planning, and executing critical cross-functional programs from inception to completion.
  • Design and implement program structures that empower teams to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Track progress meticulously, develop standardized reporting mechanisms to keep key stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and issues, and prepare materials for regular updates to sponsors, Finance leadership, and Intuit leadership.
  • Facilitate productive discussions with subject matter experts to drive optimal solutions and results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Intuit and the Finance organization.
  • Promote continuous improvement across teams to foster operational excellence and accelerate progress across Intuit.
  • Serve as a role model for change leadership, ensuring effective change management is integrated into all programs.
  • Employ effective questioning techniques to identify technical gaps, facilitate sound decision-making, and drive necessary trade-off decisions to achieve program objectives.
  • Leverage strong relationships and operational discipline to cultivate collaboration and shared accountability for outcomes across Finance and Intuit.
  • Maintain a holistic perspective, aligning program/portfolio activities with Intuit's overall strategy, including relevant industry context.

Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate who can quickly establish rapport, credibility, trust, and respect throughout Intuit and Finance, and who is recognized as a collaborative team player. Intuit Business Operations is a talent pipeline for future company leaders, and we expect exceptional leadership skills and potential in this role.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • A strong academic record is required. MBA or equivalent degree from a nationally recognized institution is preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successfully overseeing multiple complex, technical and non-technical programs.
  • Exceptional influencing and collaboration skills, with demonstrated ability to navigate matrix environments and forge strong partnerships across organizations to achieve optimal results in complex programs.
  • Outstanding communication skills, tailored for executive-level audiences.
  • Proven ability as an effective presenter, negotiator, and collaborator, adaptable across various organizational structures and levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to rally teams around execution plans, clearly articulate challenges and opportunities, and align executive teams on program outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp end-to-end processes and adapt to new business domains.
  • Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to addressing issues within teams and the company.
  • A passion for excellence and a strong desire to make a significant impact on the business.
  • Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creative problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and sound business acumen.
  • Comfortable operating effectively at both tactical and strategic levels.
  • Ability to drive progress and adapt effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
