  • Relationship Management: Build and sustain executive-level relationships with partners, ensuring alignment of objectives and fostering trust.
  • Opportunity Identification: Research and analyze market trends to identify new partnership opportunities that unlock growth, expand market reach, or enhance product offerings for Quickbooks and Mailchimp.
  • Negotiation & Contracting: Lead negotiations to establish mutually beneficial agreements, including terms, incentives, and performance metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, engineering, legal) to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Emerging Products: Collaborate with Intuit emerging product leaders to identify opportunities to drive early adoption of our emerging products across F500 and large technology platforms.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs to measure the success of partnerships and provide regular updates to executive leadership.
  • Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator to address challenges or misalignments between partners effectively.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes to shape the partnership roadmap.
  • Executive Communications: Provide monthly updates to leadership on the status and performance of strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or business development, with at least 5 years driving transformation partnerships with Fortune 500 companies with a strong focus on SMB technology platform companies.
  • Proven ability to lead high-stakes negotiations and manage complex partnerships at scale.
  • Strong understanding of corporate ecosystems, including technology, finance, and operations.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.

Skills

  • Expertise in relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating partnership opportunities and performance.
  • Ability to align diverse objectives into cohesive strategies.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • This role offers the opportunity to shape transformative partnerships that drive innovation and create significant business impact.
