Job Overview

Join the Development Experiences Ecosystem (DEE) team at Intuit as a Manager 3, Software Engineering where we're searching for innovative thought leaders passionate about platform thinking. You will play a key role in accelerating our platform's velocity and ensuring alignment with Intuit’s strategic vision and business objectives. This is an opportunity to mentor talented engineers and work with cross-functional teams on innovative, customer-focused projects, all while enhancing the developer community at Intuit.

Responsibilities

  • 7+ years of proven leadership experience in managing software engineering teams that have delivered technology solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent practical experience in a software development environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing diverse and inclusive teams across multiple geographic locations.
  • Proven track record in designing and deploying large-scale web applications.
  • Strong familiarity with Agile development practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Product and technology leader
  • Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with a minimum of 8-12 years of hands on software development experience of large scale, resilient systems
  • Strategically build and lead high-performing teams, mapping the right people to the right roles to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Uphold operational excellence, ensuring the delivery of highly reliable, scalable, and efficient web applications with a strong emphasis on quality, security, and performance metrics.
  • Champion innovative ideas that deliver exceptional results for our customers.
  • Foster a unified vision across the team, maintaining robust cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders like Program Management, Product Management, and other Development teams.
  • Provide in-depth technical expertise to guide and resolve complex challenges in development.
  • Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams.
  • Adept at articulating the product vision and drive the future roadmap with strong business acumen
  • Ability to think and act strategically for all stakeholders
  • Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • BS in Computer Science / MIS or equivalent work-related experience
