Job Overview

Intuit is looking for a Lead to join the Intuit Finance Business Intelligence Team. This team is responsible for identifying market dynamics and competitive behaviors with a particular emphasis generating insights on where are the biggest growth avenues and the biggest risks for the business. A successful Lead will be a skilled strategic thinker, able to tie and leverage multiple sources of information and synthesize them into a results-oriented strategy, an excellent communicator and storyteller, and have strong financial and business acumen. This person should be a team player with an owner’s mindset, eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced and high-expectations environment with significant executive exposure.

Responsibilities

  • Drive competitive intelligence assessments, to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential disruptions relevant to the business
  • Lead and maintain competitive teardowns and historical performance, ensuring there is a clear call to action for the business with limited guidance
  • Understand the multi-year dynamics of each of the businesses in the portfolio, with an emphasis in determining our growth potential in each business
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance, monitor progress towards strategic goals, and provide regular reports to stakeholders
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across the organization and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights for the business

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience, including at least 3 years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or investment banking
  • Ability to quickly synthesize qualitative and quantitative market information, structure a concise and clear presentation of findings, and articulate recommendations to an executive audience
  • Analytical orientation, creativity in problem solving, and keen business judgment
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and deep desire to learn
  • Self-motivation and willingness to proactively pursue deeper understanding of our business

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $169,500 - 229,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
