Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager of People Analytics with expertise in AI to drive data-driven decision-making across our organization. This role will lead the development and implementation of predictive models, AI-driven insights, and embedded AI and ML models within our core People and Places technology platforms to optimize employee experience, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a high performing team of data analysts to develop and deploy AI-powered analytics models to enhance talent acquisition, performance management, and hiring
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and address their people data and analytics needs
  • Implement predictive analytics and machine learning algorithms to anticipate workforce trends, such as attrition, engagement, and velocity.
  • Leverage leading analytics AI methods and tools for sentiment analysis to extract insights from employee feedback, surveys, and communications.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand stories and insights for broad audiences
  • Provide a strong point of view on utilizing advanced analytics tools, AI capabilities, and statistical methods to translate data into visually compelling, easy-to-understand
  • Collaborate with other analytics and technology functions across the organization to collaborate on solutions, share best practices and insights and lead adoption of enterprise analytics technologies, especially leading adoption of AI analytics solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in people data and analytics in particular on emerging trends in AI for analytics
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels in the organization

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in people data and analytics, with a focus on advanced analytics and AI
  • Proven experience with AI and machine learning, with record of practical application of these technologies
  • Strong leadership and management skills with experience in transforming individuals into a high performing team
  • Ability to work well through ambiguity, confidence in making tough calls and leading change with a sharp focus on the eventual right outcomes
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, develop analytics solutions to challenges and drive the implementation of the solution
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand stories and insights
  • Passion for using data to drive decision-making and improve employee experience
  • Strong work ethic, commitment to sweat the details with extreme ownership and end-to-end thinking
  • Master's degree data science, statistics, or a related field preferred

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $202,500-274,000, Southern California $189,000-256,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at IntuitĀ®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
