Job Overview

The Quickbooks CRM team delivers on the core customer benefit of growing their revenue and improve their lead to customer conversion rate. As Staff PM, you’ll be responsible for increasing SMB revenue growth through workflow and sales pipeline management features directly impacting their ability to prioritize, manage, and land higher value jobs.

Come join the Quickbooks CRM team and help us drive 2X revenue growth for Small Businesses around the world. As Staff PM, you’ll be responsible for critical core features of the CRM Offering:

  • Help Small Businesses manage their sales and customers workflows through a new 0 to 1 capability
  • Integrate with other Intuit capability teams to bring to life a holistic e2e offering for SMBs
  • Work with an amazing team of builder-focused engineers to rapidly iterate on the core product experience to get to product market fit
  • Dry test your experiences and concepts on a base of millions of users eager for more customer management capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with design partners to conduct customer research and craft experiments to test leap of faith assumptions before investing in full builds. (Think growth-hacking and A/B testing at its finest)
  • Leveraging user data to streamline their workflows through AI lead scoring and relationship/sales insights. (Think ML/AI and personalization capabilities)
  • Build a product strategy as you bring to life this new offering/capability that drives excitement across the organization and rallies partner teams around your mission. (Think data driven product management and masterful storytelling & communication)
  • Work with customers to create an innovative solution to the core workflow management problem that service-based SMBs face. (Think design thinking, user research, and product scale)
  • Working with a full stack engineering team driving technical advancement and run the business tracks of work

What makes a great PM at Intuit?

  • Design and bring to market revenue generating, customer-driven software products
  • Identify market opportunities through customer research and insights
  • Prioritize customer needs and develop product roadmaps to deliver on meeting customer expectations
  • Lead, create and launch market-leading product offerings in partnership with sales, marketing, engineering, user experience and support
  • Own the product lifecycle from requirements gathering through production and release
  • Build products that deliver great customer experiences
  • Focus on growth hacking, achieving product-market fit, and building growth loops for QuickBooks Online

Qualifications

  • 6+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role
  • Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for consumer or enterprise offerings
  • Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap
  • Experience with Agile development and methodologies
  • Proven expertise leading cross-functional teams that together launch on-time and on-budget desktop, web or mobile software product offerings
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to think and lead complex projects simultaneously
  • Successful history of delivering customer-driven products designed to create a great customer experience
  • Strong A/B Testing and Data-Driven product management skills
  • BS or BA Degree preferred or equivalent work experience

    Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:

    Bay Area California $180,500 - $244,000
