Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and passionate Associate Corporate Account Executive to join our Intuit Client Referral sales team. In this vital role, you will play a key part in our mission to power prosperity around the world by connecting tax professionals with the tools and support they need to succeed. The Intuit Client Referral team is dedicated to solving the unique challenges of retiring and offloading tax professionals and their clients, and we're looking for someone who shares that dedication.

Responsibilities

  • Client Retention: Secure and renew Offloading contracts ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strategic Acquisition: Identify and acquire new Retiring and Offloading professionals with coverage gaps, expanding our reach and impact.
  • Partnership Facilitation: Connect retiring or transitioning tax professionals with Intuit Verified Pros and Intuit Full Service experts, providing seamless transitions and support.
  • Relationship Management: Consistent communication with Retiring and Offloading professionals, fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  • 1-3+ years of experience in SaaS Account Management or as an Account Executive.
  • A relationship-focused sales professional with a value-based selling mindset, skilled in networking, research, and lead nurturing.
  • Demonstrated tenacity and persistence in pursuing opportunities until client needs are met.
  • Strong understanding of effective relationship management throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • Ability to acquire new customers by presenting a compelling value proposition that encourages advocacy for Intuit solutions.
  • Proactive approach to leveraging Intuit's sales tools, processes, and methodologies to find innovative solutions.
  • Ability to articulate desired and actual business results in measurable terms for all stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to provide information for sound business decisions.
  • Proficiency in summarizing key features and benefits of Intuit's suite of products and services.
  • Exceptional active listening skills to identify prospects' financial constraints, concerns, and objections.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, using appropriate business language and etiquette.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and credibility, earning customer trust and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Confidence in demonstrating value-based selling and engaging with decision-makers to close deals.
