Job Overview

Intuit Mailchimp is a leading marketing platform for small businesses. We empower millions of customers around the world to build their brands and grow their companies with a suite of marketing automation, multi channel campaigns, CRM, and analytics tools.

The Integrated Marketing Campaigns team is responsible for bringing Intuit Mailchimp’s advertising campaigns to life, driving awareness, perception and adoption of Intuit Mailchimp across global markets.

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager - Performance Marketing, who will play a pivotal role in steering the direction of advertising campaigns to achieve conversion objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze campaign performance data, collaborate with creative and media teams, and implement strategic enhancements to optimize the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.

You will bring your robust experience in digital marketing and a data-driven mindset to enhance campaign performance through creative innovations and tactical adjustments. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of performance and creativity.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze advertising campaign creative performance on various digital platforms
  • Manage the creative reporting process; lead meetings with agency partners and internal stakeholders
  • Present insights on creative effectiveness to senior leadership and relevantstakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the media team to understand nuances in campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Test and measure the effectiveness of different creative variants to optimize ad performance.
  • Implement creative optimization techniques based on campaign data and industry best practices.
  • Develop hypotheses and execute tests across various campaign elements tocontinuously refine our campaign strategy.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor strategies, and innovative advertising tools and technologies.
  • Lead the creative briefing process, defining clear, measurable objectives for creative assets to meet campaign goals.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, advertising and design teams to ensure campaign alignment and cohesive messaging throughout all advertising placements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least 5-7 years of professional experience in digital marketing, particularly in advertising and campaign management within the technology or finance sector.
  • Proven track record of optimizing multi-channel advertising campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Adobe Analytics)
  • Ability to distill actionable insights from media and creative reports to makedata-driven optimization decisions
  • Compelling communicator with excellent brief-writing skills
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms, online advertising strategies, and new technologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively managecross-departmental projects
  • Thrives in fast paced environment
  • Strong creative problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Able to distill and deliver insights across a complex system of markets, messages, and audiences
  • Sweats the details to deliver work on time, on brand, and on strategy
