Job Overview

Accelerate Intuit’s growth as the Senior Sales Operations Manager for Money sales. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical role in Intuit’s success within the Money business segment.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic sales operations leader with a strong executive presence, a proven track record of driving success for sales teams focused on payments and money products, and the ability to combine hands-on execution, cross-functional leadership, and trusted advisory relationships with senior sales leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Go To Market Sales Operations team for Money sales.
  • Provide thought leadership on sales operational excellence and opportunities to accelerate sales growth.
  • Manage operating cadences and communications on behalf of the VP of Money sales.
  • Deliver data, reporting, and analysis to sales teams through Salesforce reporting and collaboration with analytics teams
  • Spearhead key initiatives, including strategy development, planning, and execution.
  • Serve as a trusted business partner to the sales leadership team, influencing priorities and shaping strategic direction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and projects to drive sales growth; proactively identify, clarify, and resolve critical issues and dependencies.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of sales operations experience with a history of achievement in a hands-on sales operations role.
  • Strong preference for experience with sales teams specializing in payments and other money products.
  • A blend of strategic and operational capabilities with demonstrated expertise in strategy, planning, communications, and data analysis. Consulting experience is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce and related sales tools; ability to leverage process, tools, and data to optimize sales processes and maximize results.
  • Proficiency in data access, use, and insight generation.
  • Strong influence, written & verbal communication, and change management skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior leaders and frontline sales teams.
  • Proven leadership skills, a collaborative approach to partnering with sales teams, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
  • Strong self-motivation to take ownership and drive cross-functional initiatives with minimal supervision.
