Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience in SW development
Deep expertise and at least 5 years of experience writing in Java and modern frameworks
Strong hands-on proven experience in large-scale SW architecture and design in cloud distributed systems
Experience in solving high scale problems in production environments
Strong knowledge of cloud and devops technologies: K8S, CI/CD, AWS
Strong leadership experience, including leading meetings, presenting, serving as a technical go-to person, and being a cross-functional leader.
Business acumen, with strategic thinking and strategy development skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Passion for your work and a desire to push boundaries.
Ability to adapt to different tech stack and tech stacks and technologies.
Understanding of AI principles and ability to leverage AI-powered tools or insights.
