Job Overview

Come join Intuit as a Staff Performance Marketing Manager!

Responsibilities

  • Execute and measure customer-backed multi-channel marketing automation campaigns to drive usage, conversion, retention, revenue and unit growth
  • Plan and manage the end to end process lifecycle marketing campaigns – including strategy, creative development execution and measurement of campaigns.
  • Facilitate regular communication between marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and address any challenges or opportunities.
  • Build program test plans. Perform and analyze A/B split testing along with analysts.
  • Partner closely with cross functional teams (e.g. Segment Marketers, Product Managers, Data Ops, Analytics, Creative & Deployment Agencies) to execute campaigns, as well as optimize and analyze campaign results.
  • Develop program/creative brief. Manage creative development with copywriter, designer and programmers.
  • Accurately estimate and track program costs, weekly campaign timelines and results
  • Build and ensure on-time detailed program schedules - from kick off to tracking codes to legal/compliance review to deployment and results tracking, including managing stakeholder expectations and communicating out project timelines
  • Set-up, test/QA and deploy campaigns in Eloqua, Campaign Manager, Marketo and/or Braze

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:

Bay Area California $158,000 - $213,500

Southern California $150,500 - $203,500 This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.

Qualifications

  • Lifecycle marketer with 5+ years’ experience in b2c or b2b multi-channel and/or mobile marketing.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation and customer acquisition strategies
  • Track record of optimizing marketing funnels and driving MQLs
  • Experience setting up, executing and measuring lifecycle campaigns for SaaS products
  • Marketing automation experience (e.g. Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot) required
  • Exceptional executional and project management skills
  • Understanding of creative best practices
  • Passion and ability to be agile in campaign development, execution and delivery of results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand data sources, data mapping, campaign logic, and campaign performance (ROI analysis and recommendations)
