Job Overview

The QBO Web - Traffic to Start team is chartered to transform QuickBooks.com into an AI-powered expert platform, positioning the brand for future growth. As a Principal Product Manager on this team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the QuickBooks web platform with a focus on nurturing visitors and driving confidence to purchase.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and execution of try-before-you-buy and/or AI-powered guided journeys that move low- to mid-intent prospects toward conversion
  • Design and scale a personalized AI-powered search experience and unifying pre- and post-auth behaviors to inform dynamic visitor profiles
  • Coach junior members of the team in the areas of onboarding and mobile web strategies
  • Champion the creation of key capabilities and systems to support experiences, site performance, and instrumentation
  • Collaborate effectively in a highly matrixed org with design, engineering, web ops, go-to-market tech teams, and marketing teams
  • Define and measure KPIs, using data analysis to optimize customer journeys, and report out on business performance
  • Leverage tools like FullStory and Adobe Analytics to inform design and drive customer engagement
  • Optimize operational models (process, people, structure, partnerships) to support agile, data-driven decision-making and drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience designing and delivering world-class web platforms as a Product Manager, with a focus on AI and platform-centric experiences.
  • Proven success in creating innovative products that deliver extraordinary outcomes, particularly in complex technical environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of AI/ML personalization and a deep understanding of machine learning orchestration systems to drive user engagement.
  • Strong working knowledge of design systems and web design patterns, with the ability to translate these into highly configurable, personalized experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to operationalize product plans and communicate results effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, Business, or a related discipline; MBA or MS preferred but not required.
  • Experience managing large, cross-functional projects across the entire product lifecycle, involving multiple teams and departments.
  • A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to leverage technology to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, with an ability to present complex ideas clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $236,000-319,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at IntuitĀ®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
