Job Overview

We are looking for a creative problem solver with a passion for creating high performing organizational cultures and tackling tough customer problems to join our team and serve as a program leader responsible for employee engagement, career development, and engineering velocity.

The Fintech TSP team’s mission is to drive exceptional business outcomes for Fintech and Intuit by optimizing strategic planning, fostering operational excellence, and cultivating a thriving, high-performing culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the employee engagement program, set goals and desired outcomes and drive the operating rhythm to bring together complex, cross-organizational teams
  • Define KPIs, (ex. employee satisfaction scores, retention rates, participation in programs) to measure the success of engagement initiatives Utilize employee feedback mechanisms and sentiment analysis tools to gather qualitative data
  • Continuously innovate, iterate and improve the program based on voice of employee surveys and industry reports and trends, benchmarking against best practices in employee engagement
  • Drive creation of program roadmaps and execution plans across all phases of planning, development, and production readiness and launch
  • Partner with key stakeholders in executive teams and various cross functional teams to effectively drive towards program outcomes
  • Quickly and effectively identify and clarify the critical issues and drive them through to closure. Communicate results clearly and in actionable form
  • Communicate progress across the organization and at all levels; Includes program status, risks, wins and change control
  • Anticipate, recognize, and work through resistance or setbacks independently
  • Thrive in establishing order and clarity amongst ambiguity and chaos
  • Work well with others when conflicts arise, with ability to influence others to work towards program outcomes

Qualifications

  • Strong Program Management team leadership experience, including 10 or more years leading multiple complex software development programs end-to-end
  • Strategic and creative problem solver with demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment. Ability to influence at all levels and without direct authority, lead end-to-end, and bend seamlessly between strategic and tactical work
  • Establish rapport, credibility, trust and build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcomes for complex programs
  • Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences, strong presentation skills and compelling storytelling abilities. Able to visually communicate complex topics and influence stakeholders to take action
  • Ability to rally teams behind your execution plan, communicate a clear story of challenges and opportunities, and align executive teams on program outcomes
  • Experience driving program outcomes in an Agile/Scrum based environment, balancing the desire of date driven business outcomes and prioritization based development outcomes
