Job Overview

The Tech 4 Intuit (T4I) People and Places Technology Engineering team is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer responsible for leading technical development activities on the ServiceNow platform, particularly focusing on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Workspace Delivery (WSD) modules. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in both the technical and functional aspects of ServiceNow. They will use their deep technical knowledge, implementation experience, and solution architecture skills to help accelerate improvements in employee experience at Intuit.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of complex solutions within the ServiceNow HR Service delivery(HRSD) and Workspace Delivery (WSD) modules
  • Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders, product managers, and peers to understand scope, requirements, and define technical design and development dependencies.
  • Architect, develop, and secure scalable ServiceNow solutions in alignment with our technology strategy and best practices.
  • Work closely with Workday, Avature and Data Engineering teams to Integrate functionality and Data to meet all transactional, reporting, and analytical needs of our businesses.
  • Drive technical excellence and provide guidance to a team of engineers, fostering a culture of high quality and innovation.
  • Conduct code reviews, uphold coding standards, and implement ServiceNow development best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow HRSD and Workspace Delivery.
  • Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends, evaluating their applicability to Intuit's needs.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, architectural diagrams, and user guides.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the ServiceNow platform to enhance efficiency and employee experience

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:

Bay Area California $214,000.00 - $289,500

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at IntuitĀ®: Careers | Benefits).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
