Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Manager, EABP to manage administrative operations, including events management, documentation of processes, project tracking, distribution list maintenance, and regular audits to ensure accuracy and alignment.
• Event planning to include planning and support for large meetings, off-sites and team building events.
• Support creation of Google Slide presentations and maintain organized tracking of topics and updates.
• Develop and maintain playbooks for operational processes.
• Regular syncs communicating project updates clearly and proactively to avoid surprises.
• Manage expenses (Concur), purchase orders (POs), and assist with budget tracking.
• Provide light admin support for the EVP, including:
• Tracking attendance and in-person participation
• Book conference spaces, hotels, restaurants, and car services
• Onsite Responsibilities (2–3x/week)

• Greet and escort guests
• Run light office errands (e.g., coffee/lunch)
• Manage office routines, organization, and supplies
• Lead and coordinate on-site events end-to-end

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:

Mountain View, CA: $43 - 59/hr
