Our team is building the products, workflows, and methodologies that will be used to profoundly change the way we all manage our financial lives. To tackle this momentous initiative and achieve our ambitious goals, we are looking for a stellar Senior Staff Product Manager.
Our new Senior Staff Product Manager will focus on evolving our Data Lake platform services to solve some of our biggest customer problems while strengthening security & compliance and providing our customers with delightful experiences.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy for Intuit's internal data platform, focusing on discovery, cataloging, and exploration tools.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data experts to build and launch features that simplify data access and improve data literacy across the company.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback from internal stakeholders to identify pain points and new opportunities.
- Prioritize the product roadmap based on strategic business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the platform.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on enterprise or internal-facing tools.
- 3+ years of experience specifically working on data platforms, data catalogs, business intelligence tools, or related data-heavy products.
- Deep understanding of the data lifecycle, including data ingestion, transformation, storage, and consumption.
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $191,000-266,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at IntuitĀ®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
