Job Overview
As we strive to Power Prosperity Around the World, it’s essential that we identify new opportunities to solve business challenges with our cloud based accounting solutions. As a Digital Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for consulting with customers, building relationships, and helping the Digital Sales organization to understand how their needs align to Intuit’s ecosystem so that we deliver awesome and help them grow their business.
Responsibilities
- Engage with Intuit’s existing customer base to uncover upsell, cross sell and account growth opportunities
- Build a robust understanding of Mid-Market accounting best practices and industry specific “jobs to be done” to identify gaps in customer processes and align with Intuit’s small business ecosystem.
- Manage communications with multiple stakeholders from first engagement until the deal is closed.
- Maintain impeccable data hygiene in all business systems
- Work cross functionally with other Intuit teams to solve customer problems
- Provide valuable feedback to internal stakeholders to help improve team operations
- Be innovative, customer obsessed and embody integrity without compromise
Qualifications
- 4 years of B2B Sales experience
- A proven track record managing and growing existing customer accounts
- Experience using consultative selling methodologies (Spin, Challenger, Solution Selling)
- Strong deal negotiation and pipeline management skills
- An ability to uncover business challenges and opportunities where Intuit can provide value
- Self-motivation, excellent time management and attention to detail
- An unwavering positive attitude, strong drive for results, and the ability to deal with ambiguity
- Coachability and openness to feedback
- Willingness to experiment with new strategies and best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
