  • Advocate for the customer by building close relationships with stakeholders to influence prioritization, roadmaps, and execution of lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing and data teams to establish learning agendas, coordinate A/B testing, and scale successful campaigns across the organization.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and experiment with fresh approaches to lifecycle marketing to enhance customer and business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, or conversion rate optimization, ideally in B2C/B2B fintech or SaaS industries.
  • Proven success as a people manager with 3+ years of leadership experience, including mentoring, team development, and performance evaluation.
  • Advanced financial and analytical skills to set targets, track progress, evaluate trends, and identify opportunities or risks to drive strategic adjustments.
