We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.

Job Overview

We are part of the Fintech organization that powers Intuit's money movement platform, enabling prosperity for customers across QuickBooks, Mailchimp, and TurboTax. The Risk Product team enables Fintech Risk Management to detect and mitigate fraud and financial risks, minimizing the impact on our good customers.

We are seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager to lead our Risk Investigation Platform (IBOSS). This individual will be a key leader on our team, responsible for the transformation of our risk investigation capabilities. You will drive the strategy and execution of a platform that empowers our risk operations teams to make high-quality, efficient decisions when human intervention is needed. This role is critical to our mission to revolutionize the speed to benefit for our customers, infuse AI into our fraud and risk lifecycle end-to-end, and scale our risk operations globally.

In this role, you will be challenged to think bolder, move faster, and have a bigger impact. You will partner with exceptional designers, engineers, and data scientists to solve complex problems. We foster a collaborative and fun environment where we celebrate our accomplishments. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and execution rigor are key to our success.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ownership of a set of risk investigation platform capabilities, from vision and strategy to execution and delivery.
  • Develop deep customer empathy for our customers and risk operations teams with a detailed understanding of their pain points.
  • Transform our risk investigation platform with scalable, AI-driven capabilities to serve a global audience, stitching together data from numerous sources to manage fraud risk, financial risk, and regulatory compliance.
  • Leverage customer insights to formulate a compelling product vision, then develop hypotheses and initiatives to deliver that vision; create, measure, and own success metrics.
  • Build strong relationships with product, engineering, risk policy, and operations teams to influence and align on platform roadmaps.
  • Establish product delivery timelines in close collaboration with development teams; communicate frequently and clearly upwards and outwards across the business.
  • Ruthlessly prioritize initiatives and drive work with a strong focus on process and tactical execution; ensure a high business impact ROI on resource investment.
  • Know when and how to be scrappy and entrepreneurial, hypothesis-driven, and analytical; exercise strong judgment when balancing risks and making trade-off decisions.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of launching and scaling successful products.
  • Experience in risk management, fraud detection, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience coaching and leading high-performing teams is a plus.
  • Proven ability to develop and champion a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a product area in support of customer needs and company objectives.
  • Experience with Agile development and methodologies.
  • A track record of working closely with customers and partners, listening, and taking a customer-focused approach to strategy and priorities.
  • Undergraduate degree required; a focus in computer science is preferable; an MBA is a plus; equivalent experience will be considered.
