Create the vision, set the strategy and lead how we find, attract and build relationships with candidates who are experts in their domain and are eager to help others. In this role, you will use your expertise in high-volume professional recruiting to continue to grow our network of accountants, small business professionals, and tax agents across the United States and Canada. You’ll work with an awesome team of passionate and supportive leaders who champion the work to bring the world's brightest people to Intuit and help drive Intuit’s goal of Powering Prosperity.


Responsibilities

  • Develops plans for recruiting candidates, conducting the interview process, and extending offers to select candidates while maintaining a low cost per hire
  • Researches and sources candidates through advanced search techniques and develops internal and external search strategies per position assignment
  • Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees
  • Serve as a strategic business partner for hiring managers regarding recruiting plans and practices that support the goals and direction of the organization

Qualifications

  • 5+ Years of end-to-end full desk Recruiting experience
  • Proven success in full cycle high-volume recruitment, utilizing effective account management skills
  • Desire and capability to partner with other professionals across the entire organization to drive recruitment solutions across a wide variety of openings
  • Experience creating customized recruiting strategies – not one size fits all
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data to drive decisions and tell a compelling recruiting story
  • Strong track-record of filling requisitions in a timely manner with quality hires
  • Experience delivering quality, diverse candidate flow – must understand, reinforce and support an environment of inclusion
  • Deep customer obsession for delivering delightful end-to-end candidate experiences
  • Proficient use of tools and technology to develop pipelines, communities, and networks
  • Experience providing the appropriate level of influence, guidance, consultation and education to hiring managers on hiring process and best practices
  • Informed and connected to external factors and market conditions that impact our ability to attract quality hires
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • We expect the candidate that will fill this position would have 5+ years of professional recruiting experience

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is:

Bay Area California: 122,500 - 166,000
Southern California: 120,000 - 162,500
