We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our growing Sales Tech design team. In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping the technology that powers Intuit’s sales organization.Success in this role means Intuit’s sellers spend less time in tools and more time with prospects and customers, enabled by the experiences you’ve designed. The right candidate has a passion for simplifying complexity and a strong ability to craft critical moments through user-friendly design solutions.

You’ll be part of a larger design organization that champions innovative solutions and influences industry standards, bridging the gap between Sales, Customer Success, and Expert Services. We foster a deeply collaborative environment where candid and constructive feedback is central to our process. We believe that by challenging and supporting each other, we not only improve our work but also grow stronger as a team. If you are driven to solve complex problems and design the future of sales tools for Intuit sellers, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Innovate with AI: Design and champion solutions that seamlessly incorporate AI and automation to tackle core challenges in sales processes. You will develop AI-driven tools and workflows that standardize activities, enhance efficiency, and reduce manual tasks.
  • Design a Unified Seller Experience: Work with product, engineering, and data science to create a connected and consistent experience across all sales tools. Your primary goal will be to ensure sellers have the right information at the right time, presented in a clear and intuitive way.
  • Execute with Craft: Deliver high-quality design solutions through a process of rapid prototyping, user feedback, and iteration. You will be responsible for creating journey maps, wireframes, interaction models, and user interfaces.
  • Leverage Data: Use data-driven insights from analytics and user research to guide design decisions, ensuring your solutions are deeply grounded in user needs and align with strategic business objectives.
  • Champion Design: Act as a leader and advocate for user-centered design, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement through compelling storytelling and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, interaction design, or UX design.
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing your work on complex, technology-driven solutions and your ability to simplify them into intuitive and elegant user experiences.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven success in leading design projects from planning and scoping through execution in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
  • Expertise in applying user-centered design (UCD) processes and systems thinking across web and mobile platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex design strategies and rationale through envisioning and storytelling.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to synthesize complex information and envision innovative design solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing for enterprise software, B2B environments, or internal tools, with a preference for experience in sales or SaaS environments.
  • Experience designing for the Salesforce platform or for products that integrate with it.
  • Familiarity with enterprise design systems, such as Salesforce Lightning.
