Job Overview

As the Staff D&I Partner, Tech Partnerships, you will play a crucial role in building a diverse and inclusive workforce that reflects the customers we serve. You'll lead the charge in executing our global strategy for external diversity and inclusion (D&I) partnerships and events, with a focus on attracting top tech talent from every corner of the talent pool.

Your strategic approach will align to Intuit’s overall hiring strategy and drive progress against our biggest bets while at the same time directly enhancing Intuit's brand as a top employer. You will manage D&I focused partnerships and events, collaborating closely with partners and internal teams to ensure our presence at key industry events is impactful and aligns with our goals for talent attraction, brand reputation, and engagement. This role is ideal for a strategic individual with strong relationship-building and project management skills and a passion for driving meaningful change.


Responsibilities

  • Execute Strategy: Drive a comprehensive D&I partnership and events strategy to engage and attract a diverse pool of tech talent.
  • Manage Partnerships: Oversee a wide-ranging portfolio of external partnerships, from identifying new opportunities to nurturing existing relationships with community and industry organizations.
  • Lead End-to-End Initiatives: Take full ownership of key initiatives, working with employees and internal processes to ensure successful, end-to-end experiences.
  • Drive Brand Amplification: Enhance Intuit’s employer brand through strategic engagement at high-impact events and conferences.
  • Collaborate and Influence: Foster strong collaboration and consistency across all partnerships and with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging their expertise to advance our D&I efforts.
  • Track and Report on Impact: Create and manage project plans, using data to track and report on program effectiveness and ensure successful, measurable outcomes.

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a D&I, TA, HR, or similar role, with a strong focus on external talent partnerships and event management.
  • A track record of successfully leading large-scale programs and delivering measurable results.
  • Deep knowledge of current D&I trends and best practices within the tech industry.
  • Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to influence and align globally with employees and stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic communication skills, with the ability to articulate a clear vision and inspire action.
  • Excellent project management and data analysis abilities, including overseeing project plans and reporting on program data.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Bay Area California,CA: $156,500 - 212,000
Southern California:CA $147,500 - 199,500
