Job Overview

Come join the Virtual Expert Platform as a "Senior Staff Product Manager". Virtual Expert platform provides a set of capabilities that include, Digital Assistant, Phone, Chat and Video Collaboration etc. that allows our customers and experts to connect and collaborate with the highest level of trust, ease of usage, world class availability, quality and have an enjoyable experience as we help them Power towards their Prosperity.
You will be part of the Digital Help team that delivers the best-in-class AI powered Digital Assistant and Voice experience to our customers.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the definition and execution of a product roadmap that supports the delivery of an awesome end to end experience for analytics and business intelligence needs.
  • Leverage data to ruthlessly prioritize opportunities and focus on the most impactful problems affecting our customers and business.
  • Collaborate with teams across QuickBooks Online ecosystem all around the world to identity opportunities to develop greater synergy across our portfolio with regards to business decision making.
  • Work closely with Intuit’s technology, reseller, and accountant partners to ensure their requirements and voices are taken into consideration as key stakeholders in our customers’ success.
  • Approach your work with a global by design mindset to ensure we’re considering the needs of all future customers wherever they may be.
  • Continuously demonstrate deep customer empathy and intellectual curiosity.
  • Keep up with the latest trends in the AI space and leverage it to bring in awesome experiences for our customers.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years defining, designing, and delivering world-class software products (Analytics and BI preferred) in a Product Management role for a SaaS based software company.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle including 0 to 1 for consumer or enterprise offerings.
  • Strong project management skills and capable for breaking down a big vision into actionable bite-size milestones.
  • Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap.
  • Successful history of delivering customer -driven products designed to create a great customer experience.
  • Undergraduate degree required in Computer Science, Electrical engineering, Math, science, or a related technical discipline (equivalent professional experience will be considered).
  • MBA or CPA qualification is a plus.
