Job Overview

The experimentation team builds and maintains the Intuit experimentation Platform, an enterprise-wide capability for moving rapidly and reliably from hypothesis to action. At Intuit, all teams (TurboTax, Mailchimp and QuickBooks to name a few) use IXP. Our aim is to give every individual at Intuit a voice by providing them a platform where they can test their ideas and have data from their experiments backing their ideas.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop reliable, scalable, and maintainable services and tools.
  • Write clean and performant code.
  • Mentor engineers on the team to produce high quality code with code reviews and learning sessions.
  • Collaborate with your teammates, designers, and stakeholders to deliver features and solutions that add business value and delight our customers.

Qualifications

You have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a
    related quantitative field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ years of combined post-graduate academic and industry experience applying
    quantitative and scientific methods to solve real-world business problems.
  • Advanced experience in statistical analysis, test design, and experimentation.
  • Proven ability to analyze large, complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Qlik, Tableau, QuickSight, Looker), and scripting languages (Python, R).
  • Strong data storytelling skills, with the ability to construct impactful visualizations, communicate insights, and influence leadership.
  • A proactive and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with ambiguity.
