Come join the Intuit Data Exchange (IDX) team as a Senior Development Manager for developing and managing services at a large scale, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our Document Comprehension and product strategies. The IDX Document Comprehension team provides an AI-powered platform to extract information from financial documents uploaded by users or imported from financial institutions. This platform leverages cutting-edge technologies including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLM), and goal-based Agentic AI. As a leader of our platform teams, you will be responsible for driving technical leadership, delivering cutting-edge capabilities that can scale to hundreds of millions of Intuit customers.

• Your team will create and bring customer driven software products to market that simplify and solve for current customer needs while building for the future.
• Create shared vision and build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships / alignment with partners across the business (e.g. Program Mgmt, Business Analyst, and Product Management).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define problems, frame hypotheses, and translate business needs into data science projects with measurable impact.
• Model Deployment & Maintenance: Oversee the deployment of AI models into production, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Monitor model performance post-deployment and implement necessary adjustments or retraining.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science / MS or equivalent work-related experience (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Applied Math, Operations Research) required.
• 12+ years of experience in delivering software products with 3+ years experienced as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered platform services.
• 5+ years of strong experience leading design and implementation of robust and highly scalable and distributed platforms
• 2+ years of industry experience with AI science.
• Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams.
• Adept at articulating the product vision and drive the future roadmap with strong business acumen
• Ability to think and act strategically for all stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a Linux environment and Experience working with RAG technologies and LLM frameworks (Autogen, LangChain and LlamaIndex), LLM APIs, embedding models, and vector databases or architecting custom agentic frameworks.
• 1+ years of experience in data mining algorithms and statistical modeling

• Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with a minimum of 8-12 years of hands on software development experience in cloud technologies (AWS), machine learning concepts, micro services development, version control systems (i.e. Git, Github), workflows and GenAI technologies and ability to write production-ready code, deploying highly scalable software supporting millions or more users.
• Experience with Agile development and methodologies and SaaS technologies
• Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
