Job Overview

Join Intuit’s Virtual Expert Platform (VEP) team as a Senior Staff Product Manager and shape the future of platform innovation at scale. This is a high-impact role where you will drive the strategy, design, and delivery of platform-critical capabilities that connect millions of consumers, small businesses, and accountants to the right experts across all Intuit product lines. We are seeking an exceptional platform product manager who brings deep experience in building and scaling mission-critical platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen, proven ability to drive cross-company adoption, and a track record of delivering enterprise-grade platforms that unlock customer and business value.


Responsibilities

  • Own and define the platform vision and strategy : Set a bold, multi-year direction for capabilities in Virtual Expert Platform, ensuring it meets the needs of diverse customers and scales across Intuit’s ecosystem.
  • Drive platform architecture and scale : Partner closely with engineering and architecture to design resilient, extensible, and scalable platform solutions that power core customer and expert experiences.
  • Enable platform adoption and reusability : Deliver services and APIs that are broadly adopted across multiple product lines, accelerating innovation and ensuring consistency in customer experiences.
  • Leverage AI and data at scale : Harness AI/ML and data-driven insights to deliver personalized, proactive, and intelligent experiences across the platform.
  • Execute with impact : Translate vision into strategy and roadmaps, drive prioritization, and deliver measurable outcomes aligned with customer success and company growth.

  • Build organizational alignment : Collaborate with senior executives, cross-functional teams, and business partners to ensure platform initiatives have adoption, visibility, and strategic alignment.

  • Continuously optimize : Improve platform operating models, processes, and governance to maximize scalability, quality, and speed.

Qualifications

  • Proven platform expertise : 8+ years of product management experience with significant time spent on platform products—driving adoption across multiple product lines or business units.
  • Track record of scaling platforms : Demonstrated success in designing and scaling mission-critical, high-availability platforms that power core business functions.
  • Strong technical foundation : Ability to engage deeply with engineering on architecture, APIs, scalability, and integration. Experience with AI/ML-driven products is a strong plus.
  • Customer-first mindset : Passion for understanding customer needs, with a history of translating insights into platform strategies that deliver real value.
  • Business and execution leadership : Data-driven decision-making, excellent prioritization, and a record of delivering impactful results in complex environments.
  • Influential leadership : Strong ability to collaborate, influence, and align executives, engineering, and cross-functional teams around a shared platform vision.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
