The U.S. Pricing and Monetization team in Intuit’s Global Business Solution Group (GBSG) is responsible for growing revenue and market share for a range of business solutions and services. The Staff Marketing Manager - Pricing and Monetization role will be responsible for developing and executing pricing models that drive adoption and growth within our small business and mid-market audience segments.

We are looking for a highly motivated Staff Marketing Manager to help us craft price strategies for our next-generation of offerings.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Product Marketing, Research and Analytics to influence commercial roadmaps, support the development and validation of pricing models to align with customer value and market dynamics.
• Define pricing models that align with market positioning, competitive offerings, and evolving customer needs in the mid market space.
• Optimize pricing across our ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration of multiple products and services
• Proactively analyze business data to generate insights and make informed decisions that drive business results. Evaluate competitive pricing data to ensure intentional price positioning and market differentiation.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Finance, Analytics and Finance to contribute to annual business planning
• Support pricing team in facilitation of key processes to drive governance of pricing and promotions across channels and products
• Represent the voice of the customer at the table and provide pricing strategy leadership across key stakeholders

Qualifications

• 7+ years of pricing strategy or pricing-related experience, with SaaS or enterprise products preferred
  
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and influence cross-functional teams to deliver strong results.
• Strong analytical and problem solving orientation with clear examples of using data and customer research to drive business decisions
• Demonstrated track record of operating independently and efficiently to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, and to manage milestones and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Innovative and growth mindset, ability to lead the organization to learn fast, and embrace ambiguity.
• Ability to simplify and distill complex information to most critical elements that enables leadership to make decisions effectively and efficiently.
• Effective communicator at all levels in the organization, including high-level executives, with familiarity across multiple formats (e.g. whitepapers, powerpoints, spreadsheets, etc).
• Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and interpersonal communication
