By combining deep analytics, customer discovery, rapid experimentation, and platform investments, we operate as a center of excellence driving measurable impact across the business. Our mission is to unlock scalable growth by optimizing product funnels, activating meaningful customer journeys, and establishing strategic growth foundations that empower the broader organization.

We’re seeking a Group Product Manager to lead our Quickbooks Web Growth team. In this role, you’ll own the strategy, outcomes, and team development for high-leverage growth initiatives across the QuickBooks front doors. You will define and lead multi-quarter growth strategies, scale and mentor a team of PMs, and influence cross-functional partners at all levels to drive durable impact. This is a unique opportunity to help build the growth function from the ground up and define its future at Intuit.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership and Ownership

  • Define and own the multi-quarter growth strategy aligned to top-line business objectives while solving deep seated customer problems.

  • Identify and prioritize high-leverage opportunities for growth, balancing quick wins with long-term investments.

  • Serve as a key voice in Quickbook’s product strategy, representing Growth in executive forums and org-level planning processes.

Organizational Design and Team Building

  • Lead and develop a team of high-performing product managers.

  • Foster a culture of rapid experimentation, data-driven decision making, and customer-centricity across the team.

  • Create clarity in ambiguity and establish strong product practices to scale growth as a durable capability.

Cross-Functional Influence

  • Act as a connective tissue across Design, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, Sales, Marketing and more to drive aligned execution.

  • Partner with senior product and business leaders to integrate growth thinking across the broader organization.

  • Lead quarterly and annual planning cycles for the Growth team, ensuring prioritization reflects business impact.

  • Data-Informed Experimentation and Innovation

  • Leverage deep analytics and customer insights to uncover growth opportunities and define hypotheses for testing.

  • Guide the team in designing and executing rapid experiments while maintaining focus on sustainability and customer outcomes.

  • Champion instrumentation, logging, and experimentation best practices across GBSG.

Execution and Scale

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of growth initiatives—from ideation to execution and measurement—across multiple teams.

  • Pilot and codify growth tactics that can scale across business units, enabling repeatable success patterns.

  • Establish operating mechanisms and success metrics to track business impact and ensure accountability.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 12+ years in product management, with 5+ years managing senior product managers

  • Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performing teams and driving growth at scale.

  • Proven track record in product-led growth, experimentation, and funnel optimization, ideally within complex or multi-product platforms.

Strategic and Organizational Leadership

  • Experience setting multi-quarter product strategy and influencing senior executives.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect growth initiatives to company-wide goals and financial outcomes.

  • Skilled at navigating organizational complexity and driving clarity in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Customer-Centricity and Data Fluency

  • Deep customer empathy and the ability to use qualitative and quantitative insights to guide product decisions.

  • Comfortable working with analytics, experimentation platforms, and data science to make informed bets.

Execution and Communication

  • Track record of delivering results with cross-functional teams in agile, high-velocity settings.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading growth in a scaled product environment.

  • Familiarity with AI-driven optimization and personalization.

  • Background in fintech, SaaS, or B2B solutions serving SMBs.
