The ideal leader will have deep experience in mid-market B2B environments, a proven track record of driving transformational sales strategies, and a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions that power prosperity.

Responsibilities

  • Build a High-Performing Sales Organization: Attract, develop, and lead a diverse, talented, and data-driven virtual sales team focused on fostering deep customer relationships and consistently achieving growth targets.

  • Lead with Customer Obsession: Drive the execution of a consultative and customer-first sales strategy, rooted in a deep understanding of mid-market customer needs, industry nuances, and use cases for the QuickBooks ecosystem.

  • Accelerate Revenue Growth: Establish a scalable GTM sales motion to drive sustainable revenue growth, delivering high ROI and YOY performance that aligns with Intuit’s broader mid-market strategy.

  • Enhance Enterprise Sales Excellence: Advance account management and enterprise sales capabilities, implementing best practices, tools, and tactics that prioritize strategic customer engagement and long-term success.

  • Drive Operational Efficiency with Data: Design and execute a modern sales playbook that leverages advanced analytics to optimize team productivity, forecast pipeline accurately, and refine tools, systems, and processes for operational excellence.

  • Deliver Sales Technology Enablement: Partner with Mass Market Sales, Accountant Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to define and deploy advanced technology-driven sales enablement strategies that unify the customer journey across all channels.

  • Foster Collaboration Across Teams: Build and manage effective partnerships across functions to ensure seamless execution of strategies, creating better customer experiences while driving improvements in sales and customer outcomes.

  • Inspire Leadership and Innovation: Combine deep domain expertise and exceptional leadership acumen to continually elevate the impact of your organization. Model Intuit’s leadership principles and foster an inclusive environment for employee growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in a SaaS, enterprise sales leadership role, or similar position within a mid-market B2B environment.

  • Expertise in selling digital solutions across complex business landscapes, including digital platforms, workflow automation, pricing models, and consultative enterprise sales methodologies.

  • Demonstrated capability to lead large, distributed, and cross-functional teams globally.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and leverage insights to drive strategy and performance.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire stakeholders and lead transformational change.

  • Proven ability to integrate E2E thinking across multi-disciplinary initiatives and drive alignment across various functions to achieve common objectives.
