About the Role
We’re seeking a Distinguished Engineer (IC Engineering Director) to define and drive the enterprise architecture and technology strategy for Intuit’s Workforce Technology ecosystem. - Proven thought leadership across interdependent engineering teams and cross-functional domains.
- Exceptional influencing skills, with the ability to drive consensus across business and technical stakeholders.
- Expertise in modern architecture stacks — APIs, microservices, public cloud, and developer frameworks.
- Strong communicator with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to executives and engineers alike.
- Demonstrated success in build vs. buy strategy, system consolidation, and scalable integration patterns.
- Skilled in agile methodologies, iterative development, and rapid experimentation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen, bridging technology and business priorities to drive measurable outcomes.
