Company Overview

Intuit is the global financial technology platform that powers prosperity for the people and communities we serve. With approximately 100 million customers worldwide using products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.

Job Overview

Within our Global Business Solutions Platform Partners team, we collaborate with enterprise SaaS companies to deliver connected experiences to serve our shared small and mid-sized business customers. We embed our Intuit platform into partner solutions, while also providing and leveraging resale opportunities. Our partners include national financial institutions, leading technology companies, and industry-leading software providers.

We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our team of account and product managers to lead complex integrations across Intuit’s SMB solutions and partner platforms. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and execution—leading complex, enterprise-scale integrations that shape the future of how Intuit serves our customers.

This is a highly-visible individual contributor role with broad influence across Intuit and partner teams. You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration and program governance for some of Intuit’s most important partner ecosystem initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the program lead for Intuit’s most visible strategic partner integrations while driving alignment and progress across Intuit and partner cross-functional teams (product, UX, engineering, information security, data science, operations, marketing, and legal)
  • Working with Intuit's partner leadership, prioritize Intuit resources across your 3-4 assigned initiatives while proactively identifying resource constraints and other risks
  • Work hand-in-hand with account managers to manage partner expectations, escalate issues, and present to director- and SVP-level leaders
  • Lead virtual and in-person large-group project and program meetings
  • Act as the initial escalation point for integration- and business-related challenges, working across organizations to identify solutions and maintain momentum
  • Write brief weekly project updates for Intuit and partner SVP-level executives
  • Create and iterate on scalable, repeatable frameworks, documentation, and artifacts that can be used by Intuit’s Global Partner Ecosystem outside of our team
  • Provide informal leadership, guidance, and mentorship to other teams

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of program management experience in a fast-paced, matrixed organization, preferably in enterprise SaaS, technology partnerships, or FinTech
  • Proven ability to manage complex large-scale software integrations between enterprise organizations
  • Deep expertise in program governance, including risk management, issue escalation, and executive reporting
  • Demonstrated success in client-facing roles, with strong communication and executive presentation skills—capable of leading discussions with SVP and C-suite stakeholders
  • Expert-level writing with ability to write crisply for C-level briefings; writing sample required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; PMP or related certification preferred
  • Expert-level skills with collaboration and project management tools such as Smartsheet, Google Workspace, or similar

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is:

Bay Area $189,500-256,000

New York $188,500-255,000
