Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Staff Partner/Reseller Sales Enablement Business Partner to join our Sales Enablement organization. In this critical Staff (P4) role, you will be the driving force behind the execution and successful delivery of enablement programs for our global Partner and Reseller network, specifically focused on the Intuit Enterprise Suite of products.
You will serve as the deep subject matter expert for product and industry best practices, translating the overarching Channel Enablement Strategy (owned by your leader) into exceptional, high-impact training and enablement programs. This role requires an execution-focused leader, an exceptional communicator, and a proven ability to translate complex product knowledge into actionable sales strategies that drive partner proficiency and revenue growth.
Strategy Contribution & Program Execution
- Inform the Strategy: Provide deep product, industry, and Partner/Reseller needs expertise to the Enablement Leader to inform and shape the overarching Partner Enablement Strategy and annual plan.
- Curriculum Design & Development: Own the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of a robust enablement curriculum (under the direction of the Partner Enablement Leader) covering product knowledge, competitive positioning, solution selling, and customer engagement best practices for the Intuit Enterprise Suite.
- Business Partnering: Act as the primary enablement liaison for Partner/Reseller field teams, ensuring training initiatives are executed effectively and aligned with the strategy owned by management.
Training Delivery & Execution
- High-Impact Training Delivery: Design and deliver engaging training sessions across various modalities, including on-site workshops, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), webinars, self-paced e-learning modules, and video content.
- Certification Programs: Execute and support the delivery of partner certification and accreditation programs to ensure a consistent, high level of proficiency across the channel.
- Content Curation: Curate, develop, and deploy a centralized repository of sales tools, playbooks, battle cards, and product updates specifically tailored for the Partner/Reseller audience.
Impact Measurement & Optimization
- Drive Partner Success: Be directly responsible for equipping partners and resellers with the training that measurably drives increased customer engagements, higher win rates, and faster time-to-revenue.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize key metrics (e.g., training completion rates, Partner performance data, certification scores, and sales metrics) to assess the effectiveness of executed enablement programs and provide feedback for continuous strategic improvement.
- Feedback Loop: Establish a consistent feedback mechanism with the Partner/Reseller community to gather insights and ensure enablement content is relevant, timely, and impactful.

Qualifications
Required Experience (Staff Level):
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Sales Enablement, Partner/Channel Enablement, Sales Training, or a related role within a B2B SaaS or Enterprise software environment.
- Deep Subject Matter Expertise: Proven experience training on complex, Enterprise-level software solutions (experience with the Intuit Enterprise Suite or similar financial/ERP software is a significant plus).
- Channel/Partner Focus: Prior experience successfully building and scaling enablement programs specifically for third-party Partners, Resellers, or Channel Sales organizations.
- Exceptional Facilitation Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in delivering compelling, engaging, and high-energy training sessions to diverse professional audiences, both live and virtually.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Expert-level knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Proficiency with modern enablement tools (e.g., LMS platforms, Gong/Chorus, Highspot/Seismic, webinar software).
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 25%) to conduct on-site partner training sessions, as required.
