Job Overview

Come join the Intuit Development Platform team as a Senior Staff Product Manager. The Intuit Developer Platform team builds foundational capabilities that developers across Intuit use for building and running Intuit’s flagship applications leveraging cloud-native technologies in a highly scalable, reliable, and secure manner. Ease of use along with scale and reliability are some of the key attributes of the platforms that this organization is responsible for. Intuit is a big believer of open source both as a consumer and as a contributor and actively participates in open-source communities, such as CNCF, Istio etc.

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Manager with a strong technical foundation and deep expertise in platform integration, AI enablement, and scalable systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of delivering impactful strategies that drive measurable business outcomes and enhance developer experiences. As a Staff Product Manager on Intuit’s PDX group, you will lead the strategy and execution of AI powered platform integration initiatives that unify systems, streamline workflows, and accelerate knowledge flow across Intuit’s developer ecosystem. Additionally, you will ensure that our AI tools deliver personalized support through contextual documentation retrieval, intelligent code suggestions, and real-time feedback, transforming the end-to-end software development lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone passionate about using AI to redefine platform integration and developer productivity at scale.


Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the strategy for AI driven platform integration experiences that enhance connectivity, interoperability, and automation across Intuit’s developer ecosystem.
  • Drive the evolution of Intuit Assist and other AI powered capabilities to unify systems, simplify platform interactions, and deliver intelligent, agentic orchestration that improves developer efficiency.
  • Develop and scale self-serve integration frameworks and AI powered feedback loops that transform usage data into actionable insights, enabling continuous improvement and system optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and platform domains to embed AI assisted workflows, streamline integration processes, and ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Leverage AI technologies to automate knowledge management, generate integration documentation, and enrich discovery of APIs, code, and related assets across Intuit’s platforms.
  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of integration initiatives, using data-driven insights to guide prioritization, product decisions, and roadmap development.
  • Demonstrate customer empathy and product leadership by championing developer and partner needs, fostering innovation, and driving Intuit’s AI-enabled platform strategy forward.

Qualifications

  • Extensive product management experience (8+ years) with a focus on platform integration, developer platforms, or AI-powered systems.
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of AI technologies, system interoperability, and integration architecture.
  • Proven success driving cross-functional initiatives that enhance connectivity, streamline workflows, and improve developer efficiency at scale.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data-driven decision-making, leveraging metrics, analytics, and feedback loops to prioritize features and measure business impact.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across teams and articulate complex concepts with clarity and confidence.
  • Customer-obsessed mindset with a passion for building intuitive, intelligent, and high-performing platform experiences that empower developers.
  • Undergraduate degree in computer science or a related technical discipline required. Equivalent work experience will be considered. Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
