With approximately 100 million customers worldwide using products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.

Job Overview

In this operational role, you will play an integral part in facilitating the assessment and prioritization of billing and offering-related initiatives while ensuring financial integrity and operational efficiency. This hands-on, individual contributor role offers the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, product management, accounting, operations, and engineering to create scalable, supportable solutions that align with Intuit’s strategic objectives

Responsibilities

  • Partner with key team members including product managers, marketers, engineers, and accountants to evaluate and prioritize billing initiatives for SaaS-based offerings.
  • Assess end-to-end offering needs, gathering billing and monetization requirements to either onboard with existing tools or evaluate new system capabilities.
  • Facilitate discussions around offering requirements, identifying dependencies, and proposing innovative and financially sound solutions.
  • Act as the “single point of contact” for business unit marketers and offering stakeholders, driving alignment and execution while ensuring offerings are fully operational post-concept design.
  • Work cross-functionally to understand the offering lifecycle, from design and system enablement to fundamental back-office operations such as revenue recognition, electronic payments, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with teams to facilitate decision-making on key priorities, balancing manual processes with scalable, long-term solutions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, while maintaining commitment to financial compliance and operational excellence

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 6+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or finance operations with a focus on requirements gathering, process design, and system enablement.
  • Understanding of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Financials, RevStream) and their application within finance functions.
  • Experience facilitating end-to-end workflows across billing and monetization-related systems or platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver quality results.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail, both in managing project deliverables and in providing analytical insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly across varying audiences.
  • Flexibility to occasionally accommodate time zone differences for effective collaboration across global teams.
