Job Overview

Intuit is the global financial technology platform that powers prosperity for the people and communities we serve. With approximately 100 million customers worldwide using products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.

The Intuit Corporate FP&A team is seeking a strategic, curious, and forward-thinking MBA finance intern to join us for the summer.

Corporate FP&A is part of Intuit’s Corporate and Strategic Finance team, which plays a critical role in driving enterprise-wide growth and profitability through strategic financial and operational leadership. During your internship, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge to real-world challenges that demand strategic thinking and rigorous financial modeling, while also developing insights across all of Intuit’s business lines, including the Global Business Solutions Group, TurboTax, Credit Karma, and ProTax.

The primary objective of our summer internship program is to attract and develop highly talented individuals. Internships serve as a direct pipeline to full-time strategic roles, offering frequent exposure to company leaders, core businesses, and cutting-edge technologies — where you can quickly make meaningful contributions.

  • Perform market research and competitor analysis to generate insights that guide strategic planning

  • 3-5 years of experience within FP&A function or equivalent tenure from related positions in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or strategy

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyze complex business scenarios by building/improving financial models

  • Highly motivated, self-starter with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, simultaneously manage several priorities, and challenge the status quo to lead change and operational improvements

  • Attention to detail and ability to synthesize large volumes of data into insightful recommendations to the executive leadership team

  • Ability to influence all levels of leadership to drive actions, behaviors, decisions and business outcomes

  • Strong written and oral communication skills with experience in presenting to business partners with confidence, conviction and credibility

  • Grace under pressure with a good sense of humor and dose of humility

  • Experience in the tech industry is a plus but not required
