QuickBooks has built its reputation as the market-leading financial management platform for small and mid-market businesses (SMBs). Now, we are on a journey to transform QuickBooks from a system of record for financials into an all-in-one business management platform. A critical part of this strategy enabling a “lead to cash” workflow directly within QuickBooks, enabling customers to save time, save money and get a quicker path to payment. A key part of that workflow is the QuickBooks Customer Hub, our native CRM solution. The Quickbooks Customer Hub (CRM) team delivers on the core customer benefit of helping customers grow their revenue by helping them get more leads/opportunities, manage those leads and opportunities, win the work and manage long-term customer relationships within the platform.
As Principal Product Manager, you’ll drive our domain model, help steer the team’s strategy, and lead the way for other teams in the ecosystem for solve sales and customer lifecycle-related customer problem. You’ll solve for multiple personas within this role and drive high impact even with changes with the surfaces you’ll own. You will also help drive growth for the overarching Customer Hub product.

As Principal PM, you’ll be responsible for critical core features of the new CRM Offering:
Help Small Businesses manage their sales and customers workflows through Customer Hub, a new 0 to 1 CRM capability within QuickBooks
Drive and evolve our CRM Domain model include different objects required to execute on a successful lead to cash offering
Integrate with other Intuit capability teams to bring to life a holistic e2e “Lead to Cash” offering for SMBs
Work with an amazing team of builder-focused engineers to rapidly iterate on the core product experience to get to product market fit
Dry test your experiences and concepts on a base of millions of users eager for more customer management capabilities
Responsibilities
Build a local strategy that helps leverages Intuit capabilities to differentiate, drives excitement across the organization and rallies partner teams around your mission. (Think data driven product management and masterful storytelling & communication)
Design and bring to market revenue generating, customer-driven software products
Identify market opportunities through customer research and insights
Prioritize customer needs and develop product roadmaps to deliver on meeting customer expectations
Lead, create and launch market-leading product offerings in partnership with sales, marketing, engineering, user experience and support
Working closely design partners to conduct customer research and craft experiments to test leap of faith assumptions before investing in full builds.
Leveraging user data to streamline their workflows through AI lead scoring and relationship/sales insights. (Think ML/AI and personalization capabilities)
Work with customers to create an innovative solution to the core workflow management problem that service-based SMBs face. (Think design thinking, user research, and product scale)
Work with a full stack engineering team driving technical advancement and run the business tracks of work.
Own the product lifecycle from requirements gathering through production and release
Build products that deliver great customer experiences
Focus on growth hacking, achieving product-market fit, and building growth loops for QuickBooks Online
Qualifications
10+ years concepting and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role
Exceptional craft leader discovering latent customer needs and concepting a successful product roadmap to tackle those, as measured by impact to targeted success metrics
Proven ability to drive a 0-1 architecture and evolve it in service of business and customer outcomes at a large-scale enterprise setting
Expert at managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for B2B SaaS offerings, including demonstrated ability to quickly prove out concepts or pivot
Repeated experience expertly triaging data to steer the product roadmap and persuade others to support these pivots in service of product outcomes and impact to KPIs
Proven, repeated experience at successfully managing cross-functional teams that together launch on-time and on-budget desktop, web or mobile software product offerings
Successful history of delivering customer-driven products designed to create a great customer experience
Strong project management skills, including the ability to think and lead complex projects simultaneously
BS or BA Degree preferred or equivalent work experience

The expected base pay range for this position is: Bay Area California $236,000 - 319,000
New York City, New York: $232,500 - 314,500
