Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive, media-savvy PR Manager to help promote and protect Intuit’s reputation as the global technology leader that enables financial success. The PR Manager will drive integrated communications and support media relations efforts for corporate and financial announcements, including earnings, M&A, Intuit Ventures, strategic partnerships, Intuit Investor Day, and more. This role will also support integrated ways of working across Intuit, acting as the connective tissue across product PR teams, external PR agencies, and key stakeholders and business partners.
We are seeking a PR Manager with a minimum of 5 years of public relations experience in an agency or in-house setting. This role is crucial for executing and amplifying the company’s narrative across financial performance and growth initiatives.
You will be the driver for major corporate announcements. This means taking ownership of PR workstreams end-to-end, coordinating across functional comms partners and stakeholders, escalating gaps and misalignment, and driving the logistics and execution necessary to land high-quality, impactful earned media coverage.
If you thrive on leading from the front, have strong organizational rigor and media relationships, and are comfortable managing high-stakes communications workflows, we want to hear from you.

- Draft & Develop Materials: Develop communications content, including press releases, pitches, Q&A documents, executive briefing documents, and integrated communications plans for corporate media interactions and announcements.
- Media Relations: Support media outreach to key business, financial, and technology reporters, coordinating and scheduling executive interviews and responding to high-priority media inquiries.
- Connect the Dots: Act as the central alignment point between Corporate and product PR teams, key announcement partners (employee comms, social) and cross-functional partners (IR and legal) to ensure all external communications are consistent, compliant, and on-message.
- Agency Partnership: Help manage PR agency partners, ensuring they are strategically focused on earned media delivery and aligned with the corporate narrative.
- Reputation Management: Monitor media coverage across all team pillars, preparing comprehensive weekly and quarterly reports on media activity, with a specific focus on sentiment surrounding financial and corporate announcements.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of direct Public Relations or Corporate Communications experience in an in-house or PR agency setting. PR Agency experience preferred.
- Media relationships: Knowledge of media relations best practices is required, particularly with business and financial journalists. Current media relationships with business and financial journalists preferred.
- Business Acumen: Quick study with the ability to continuously learn and apply feedback to work; keen interest in understanding market dynamics, financial performance, and technology trends.
- Execution & Rigor: Demonstrated ability to drive complex communications workstreams with strong organizational rigor and program management. High degree of professionalism and attention to detail is mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to quickly grasp and apply the corporate voice and various executive tones.
- Collaboration: Comfortable partnering effectively with stakeholders across levels and functions, including Investor Relations and the C-Suite.
