Company Overview

Intuit is the global financial technology platform that powers prosperity for the people and communities we serve. With approximately 100 million customers worldwide using products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.

Job Overview

As part of the GTM Programs & Operations team within Intuit’s Global Partner Ecosystem (GPE), the Principal Non-Technical Product Manager will define the business strategy required to launch and scale a partner-first, performance-based commercial model for Intuit’s Partner Program. As the Principal PM, you will be accountable for designing how the commercial works at scale: who qualifies, how it’s tracked and rewarded, what the partner experience looks like, and how to ensure operational, legal, and financial compliance. You’ll define how partners engage, grow, and succeed through the commercial model, helping drive Intuit’s next wave of customer acquisition, retention, and ecosystem expansion

This is a high-impact, highly cross-functional role working across teams like Product, Legal, Finance, Ops, and Partner Development. This is a critical hire as Intuit shifts to a platform-first company. You’ll help redefine how we measure partner value and build the processes that make our ecosystem scalable, intelligent, and equitable.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Program Design

    • Own the end-to-end business strategy for one of our commercial models as part of Intuit’s Partner Program.

    • Define model architecture, including eligibility, payout logic, terms, partner commitments, and operational enforcement levers.

    • Work closely with finance and legal teams to ensure global readiness, compliance, and revenue recognition integrity.

    • Design migration and onboarding approach for existing partners (e.g., IES, MC Tech) and net-new partner cohorts.

  • Launch Planning & Execution

    • Lead the creation of Business Requirements Document (BRD) with phased capabilities rollout in collaboration with Technical teams.

    • Develop and execute a roadmap that aligns systems, tools, support infrastructure, and GTM teams around critical launch milestones.

    • Collaborate with Partner Enablement and Partner Marketing to support field and partner readiness.

  • Partner Experience Design

    • Define the partner lifecycle for the commercial model, from onboarding to payout to program advancement.

    • Establish key partner-facing workflows, tools, and dashboards (e.g., deal registration, payout tracking, profitability modeling).

    • Partner with Product and PRM teams to implement intuitive UX and self-serve capabilities.

  • Business Operations & Measurement

    • Establish KPIs and performance metrics for the commercial model across partner types and verticals.

    • Define and document operational workflows (e.g., deal tracking, payout cadence, eligibility reviews).

    • Partner with Data Science and Rev Ops to build attribution models that reflect true partner impact.

  • Cross-Functional Governance

    • Drive alignment across Partner Success, Product, Legal, GTM Finance, and Engineering for compliant, scalable operations.

    • Represent the commercial model in strategic forums such as the Program Leadership Council.

    • Manage change across internal teams by documenting and socializing SOPs and business logic.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years in partner program strategy, GTM operations, channel strategy, business model design, or non-technical product management, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology platform company.

  • Deep understanding of SaaS commercial models—especially Revenue Share, Reseller, and Affiliate—and how they impact partner engagement and business growth.

  • Demonstrated success designing and launching partner programs or monetization models across complex ecosystems.

  • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Legal, Product, and Engineering in matrixed orgs.

  • Strong program management skills with the ability to define strategy, break it into phases, and ensure measurable outcomes.

  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, PRM platforms, Airtable, or partner dashboards is a plus.

  • Strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity and can lead at the intersection of policy, systems, and partner experience.

  • Bonus: Experience scaling tiered partner programs globally with regulatory compliance and revenue recognition in mind.
