Come join the Accountant Marketing Team in Intuit’s Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) as a Principal of Commercial Strategy. Intuit’s GBSG is committed to creating solutions to power prosperity around the world by meeting the needs of businesses ranging in size from self-employed entrepreneurs to enterprise organizations.
The Accountant Team in GBSG partners with the accountant community and champions the accounting industry. The team delivers products, services and programs to meet the needs of accountants and their clients, and is responsible for driving customer and revenue growth for Intuit. We are seeking a Principal of Commercial Strategy who is highly skilled with AI to join the team to develop and deliver business strategies for this important segment.
Responsibilities
Drive business model optimization, product line up, packaging and pricing, across strategy through execution in order to meet and exceed business goals
Be a critical contributor to weekly business performance management and quarterly financial planning in close partnership with Finance, Data Analytics, Business Operations, Product and Marketing channel teams, evaluating performance trends and identifying and championing growth opportunities
Develop new segmentation and sizing of the Accountant audience and implement across the organization to accelerate growth of new business priorities
Keep a pulse on the market with ongoing competitive reviews and regular market positioning analysis
Independently and proactively identify new growth opportunities and effectively influence cross-functional team and leadership for buy-in
Provide thought leadership and analytical horsepower to important business decisions
Ensure speed, quality and shared vision through effective operational systems and communication
Qualifications
MBA required or equivalent work experience
5+ years of work experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm or in a respected operating company’s strategy function, with a focus on SaaS and AI
Must be highly skilled with using various AI tools to deliver a high level of work output with speed and accuracy
Highly self-motivated and willing to take on a leadership role within project teams, with the ability to lead both strategy development through to execution
Excellent executive level communication and cross-functional management skills
Intuit's working model is hybrid, with this role requiring working 3 days per week in the Mountain View, CA office
