Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Staff Program Manager with a bias for action to drive execution for Intuit’s most strategic technology partnerships, (e.g., LLMs, stablecoin). In this role, you will lead high-visibility cross-functional programs that are essential to powering Intuit’s AI-driven experiences and partnership ecosystem.
You will operate at the intersection of partnerships, technology, and product, ensuring the successful and timely delivery of multi-workstream initiatives. This is a high-impact individual contributor role that requires exceptional operational rigor, attention to detail, and the ability to work broadly across internal functions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the program lead for Intuit’s most critical strategic technology partnerships, driving alignment, clarity, and momentum across Intuit.
- Develop and execute detailed program plans with clear milestones, metrics, and governance structures to ensure predictable delivery of partnership outcomes.
- Establish and orchestrate operating rhythms across multiple cross-functional teams to track progress, manage dependencies, and instill accountability.
- Identify risks, issues, and resource constraints early; drive escalation and mitigation paths with speed to maintain program health.
- Act as the primary coordination and communication point across internal teams, surfacing critical updates, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- Partner closely with Corporate Business Development leaders, product teams, and cross-company stakeholders to connect strategy to execution and ensure initiatives deliver customer and business impact.
- Lead efficient, well-structured program meetings with senior stakeholders; synthesize program insights into clear, concise updates and recommendations.
- Create, refine, and scale repeatable frameworks, tools, and processes that improve operational efficiency and program delivery across the partnership ecosystem.
- Model strong change leadership by building trust across teams, navigating ambiguity, and driving clarity in fast-moving strategic programs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of program management experience in fast-paced, highly cross-functional environments, preferably in enterprise SaaS, technology partnerships, or fintech.
- Proven track record leading complex, multi-workstream programs involving technical, operational, and business teams.
- Strong program management skills, including governance, planning, cross-functional orchestration, risk & dependency management, and executive-ready communication.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently with strong ownership, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
- Ability to influence, align, and drive decision-making across a matrixed organization with senior leaders, partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing strategic technology or data-related partnerships, with familiarity in AI/LLM ecosystems preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to deliver clear, crisp, and actionable program updates.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; PMP or similar certification preferred.

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is: $154,000 to $208,500.
