Responsibilities
- Establish a bold, long-term vision for QuickBooks Bill Pay that aligns with Intuit’s mission to power prosperity for small businesses.
- Translate customer pain points and market insights into a clear, inspiring strategy and roadmap.
- Apply Intuit’s Customer-Driven Innovation principles to deeply understand how small businesses manage bills, pay vendors, and optimize cash flow.
- Design and launch AI-powered experiences that reshape how small businesses manage bills, automate workflows, and solve cash-flow challenges.
- Lead the team to create magical, end-to-end money movement experiences that simplify complexity and build trust. Keep a high excellence bar and strive for best in class experiences.
- Own P&L-level KPIs, including adoption, active usage, payments volume, retention, and feature-driven revenue.
- Accelerate growth through experimentation, product-led activation plays, and usage strategies.
- Work closely with engineering, design, risk, compliance, marketing, operations, data science and money platform teams to deliver a reliable, scalable, and compliant bill payment solution.
- Partner closely with Intuit’s AI teams to embed intelligent insights, recommendations, and automation into the heart of the product experience.
- Influence across QuickBooks and Intuit to integrate Bill Pay deeply into workflows such as AP automation, Money, Approvals, and Cash Flow.
- Build resilient, compliant, and high-trust payment experiences by partnering with Risk, Operations, and Banking Infrastructure teams.
- Grow, coach, and inspire a team of PMs to do the best work of their careers.
- Establish a culture of customer obsession, rapid learning, excellence in craft, and strong decision-making.
- Embrace AI and embed into customer experiences to shape experiences
- Champion a bias for action and rapid experimentation.
- Reduce friction, shorten learning cycles, and deliver delightful experiences faster.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading PM teams.
- Proven track record scaling customer-centric fintech or payments products.
- Experience owning vision, strategy, and execution for complex, multi-stakeholder systems.
- Deep analytical rigor and strong decision-making anchored in customer insights and data.
- Ability to influence at all levels—from engineering partners to senior executives.
- Demonstrated success driving cross-functional alignment in highly regulated or operationally intensive domains.
- Experience with SaaS, AI, small business products, financial services, or money movement.
- Demonstrated ability to scale zero-to-one offerings or accelerate mature products into breakout growth.
