Join the Global Architecture and Development Experiences Ecosystem team within Intuit's PDX (Platform and Development Xceleration) organization and be at the forefront of innovation!
We are looking for creative problem solvers with a passion for tackling tough customer problems to join our team and serve as a technical program leader, with responsibility for delivering business outcomes. This team is responsible for defining global architectural principles, ensuring seamless architectural stitching across Intuit, shaping the PDX architecture, and guiding the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC). You'll contribute to building the future of Intuit's developer ecosystem, working on key initiatives and products like the Developer Portal, paved road foundation, and Developer Success programs.

Responsibilities
Your role will span several critical leadership areas:
Focus Strategically
Has autonomy to work collaboratively with leaders in your space to drive the project/program and overall Intuit strategy to accelerate the most strategic business outcomes.
Helps teams understand how the program fits into the overall strategy.
Drives and provides data-driven recommendations to execute, monitor, and communicate progress, trade-offs, or decisions needed.
Scale and operationalize strategic initiatives, and develop the tools needed to visualize data and pull the most important business insights so that stakeholders can make data-backed decisions quickly.
Lead Change
Partners with leadership to create a culture where teams are recognized and encouraged through change.
Builds trust across teams and generates broad support for the project/program.
Understands and supports key changes and types of change (process, technology, and organization) being driven by the program and develops, executes, and measures success.
Lead and roll-out org-wide processes and tools to increase operational efficiencies by understanding the customer problem and providing solutions that address the root cause.
Enable Scale
Recommends and drives areas of improvement within the project/program and work with stakeholders to implement.
Participates in the improvement of project/program management craft and is viewed by peers as an expert.
Evolve and improve processes, tools, and deliver insights from data and internal customer feedback.
Deliver Programs & Domain ExpertiseDrives and continually improves the project/program operating rhythm.
Be the owner for Operational Mechanisms (Op Mechs) that enable the program to execute with efficiency and speed.
Develops a high-quality plan that is organized into manageable pieces that can be individually owned.
Uses data to assess progress to plan, uses independent judgment to provide insights, and communicates progress and trends to stakeholders.
Identifies risks and issues and presents recommended response plans to stakeholders and leaders.
Ability to rapidly navigate new program areas, dive deep into subject areas, and bring information back to the right level of granularity.
Ability to drive domain specific discussions, leading experts in the field through active problem solving.
Qualifications
Proven program manager with 8+ years’ experience as a Technical Program Manager, with demonstrated success in leading high paced, innovative teams with a lot of ambiguity.
Strong Program Management leadership experience, including 8+ years planning and leading medium-large sized programs or multiple smaller programs.
Demonstrated ability to influence at the VP level within a matrixed environment.
Strong technical acumen with expertise in software development approach, architecture, and lifecycle. Experience with AI, GenAI or other emerging technologies is a strong plus.
Passion for operational excellence and the desire to have a significant impact on the business.
Ability to synthesize various points of view into a cohesive narrative and build a presentation for senior leaders.
Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across teams in delivering the best outcome of programs. Excellent balance of people, organizational, and technical skills, and can execute and deliver successfully in situations where authority is not a given.
Entrepreneurial mindset and experience; willing and able to challenge the status quo.
Knowledge of project/program framework best practices, tools, and techniques.
Computer science or other technical education or equivalent work experience is preferred.
