Ready to lead at scale and drive transformative impact? Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES) is a configurable, AI-powered platform designed for mid-market businesses that have outgrown standard QuickBooks, enabling them to scale efficiently by integrating financial management, multi-entity operations, and advanced automation into a single system backed by expert guidance. As an M2, Implementation Consultant Senior Leader at Intuit, you are at the helm of shaping the future of enterprise software deployment for our complex mid-market customers.

This isn’t just about managing a team—it’s about leading leaders. You’ll guide Implementation Consultants who, in turn, manage the strategic execution of IES deployments, ensuring successful configuration, specialized multi-entity setup, and technical go-live.Your primary mandate is to ensure the team consistently delivers accelerated Time-to-Value, maximizes Feature Adoption, and maintains exceptionally high Client Satisfaction to secure long-term client retention. As a visionary leader, you’ll design and execute strategic deployment methodologies, scale operations efficiently, and foster a culture of excellence, adaptability, and deep financial and IES product expertise. Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Implementation Consultants, ensuring alignment with company goals and best practices for IES deployment, accelerated Time-to-Value, immediate Feature Adoption, and client satisfaction.
  • Drive successful and timely go-lives by developing scalable deployment strategies, optimizing the system configuration and data migration lifecycle, and improving implementation quality metrics for complex mid-market businesses.
  • Design, implement, and manage the operational frameworks used to continuously track and optimize team performance, including a strategic focus on Productivity, Delivery Excellence, and Strategic Impact.
  • Strategically prepare the team to pivot and absorb new deployment requirements driven by product evolution and company strategy.
  • Act as a strategic partner between Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Support teams to ensure a seamless transition from contract-close through technical go-live and frictionless handover, with a specific focus on ensuring post-implementation feature use and account health.
  • Advocate for client needs and process improvements, providing deep, data-driven insights to Product and Engineering teams to influence future IES enhancements.
  • Oversee high-priority deployment risks and project escalations, ensuring quick resolution that preserves project timelines and long-term client satisfaction and confidence.
  • Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous improvement, and the sharing of advanced accounting principles and IES product knowledge within the Implementation organization.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in technical implementation leadership or professional services management, with a strong focus on complex mid-market B2B financial software or comprehensive ERP/SaaS solutions.
  • Demonstrated deep functional expertise in enterprise software implementation, configuration, and data migration, with a preference for direct experience with IES or a comparable accounting/ERP suite.
  • Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing teams, while managing teams through organizational and product changes in a solution deployment-centric environment.
  • Strong technical and functional understanding of multi-entity accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Active Tax Credential (Enrolled Agent, CPA) or equivalent advanced accounting certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience in strategic deployment planning, methodology development, and leading large-scale change management initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to leverage analytics and performance metrics (CSAT, TTV, Adoption, etc.) to make strategic decisions.
  • A passion for technical excellence, solution architecture, and building long-lasting client relationships in the mid-market space.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is:

Bay Area California: $148,500 – 195,000

Southern California: $131,000 – 175,000

Colorado: $119,500 – 160,000
Hawaii: $125,500 – 170,000
Illinois: $119,500 – 160,000
Massachusetts: $125,500 – 170,000
Maryland: $119,500 – 160,000
Minnesota: $107,500 – 140,000
New Jersey: $125,500 – 170,000

Ohio: $107,500 – 140,000
Vermont: $119,500 – 160,000
Washington $125,500 – 170,000
Washington DC: $ $119,500 – 162,000
