Intuit’s Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) is dedicated to delivering a portfolio of solutions that improve the small businesses’ success in the U.S. by addressing their top needs, ranging from invoicing to payroll, accounting, payments and lending. Our Capital ELM team oversees end-to-end lifecycle marketing for the Capital product portfolio including: Term Loan, Line of Credit, Intuit Business Credit Card and Marketplace.

The QuickBooks Ecosystem Lifecycle Marketing Team is looking for an experienced Marketer to help develop best-in-class lifecycle campaigns that drive our QuickBooks Intuit Business Credit Card and Capital business. Using customer data, insights, and marketing automation tools, this position will be responsible for creating and executing campaigns that engage, retain and delight our Small Business customers throughout their lifecycle.


Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, and manage multiple end-to-end campaigns while maintaining optimal segmentation, frequency, cadence, sequencing, and orchestration across email, in-product display, push, and sms channels.

  • Identify the customer insights and data needed to construct, roadmap and measure effective go-to-market strategies

  • Own the deliverables, deadlines, and measurement of campaign automations in Martech, Automation, and Project Management platforms (Eloqua, Marketo, Quickbase, Campaign Manager, etc) to drive conversion, unit growth, and revenue.

  • Deeply understand customer and behavioral data and how marketing attributes are used to best segment and target campaigns. Partner with Data Scientists and operational teams to drive segmentation effectiveness through the use of models and AI.

  • Partner with analytics org to build, roadmap, and measure ongoing testing and optimizations. High level of comfort with directing A/B/Split testing, building measurement plans, identifying progress and insights against KPIs and leading an ongoing roadmap of optimizations

  • Partner closely with cross functional teams within marketing (go-to-market managers, product marketing, marketing ops, creative and development) to execute campaigns against the Business and Lifecycle Marketing vision. Understand when and how to best engage with teams outside of marketing in order to move projects forward and ensure optimal results


Qualifications

  • CRM marketer with 8 or more years of experience in b2c or b2b lifecycle marketing

  • Credit card and lending marketing experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand data sources, martech capabilities, data mapping, campaign logic, and campaign performance

  • Comfortable partnering with technical teams to optimize use of data, modeling, AI and martech stack to drive marketing effectiveness

  • Use of Eloqua, Marketo or Campaign Manager is a plus

  • Exceptional executional and project/time management skills

  • Passion and ability to be agile in campaign development, execution and delivery of results

  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities

  • Ability to both create long term learning agendas, and to plan iterative near-term tests to iterate and learn quickly, ultimately optimizing campaigns against business KPIs over time


Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is:

Bay Area California $ 128,000- 173,000
Southern California $
120,000- 162,000
