Job Overview

  • Act as a strategic thought partner to Consumer Group leadership, driving clarity, alignment, and execution across a complex portfolio of initiatives.

  • Leverage business operations craft skills to translate strategy into operational plans that deliver measurable impact for customers and the business.

  • Enable disciplined business rhythms—including planning, goal-setting, and performance reviews—anchored in data-driven insights and customer outcomes.

  • Foster alignment and collaboration across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure end-to-end operational excellence.

  • Champion Intuit’s mission to power prosperity for consumers by connecting customer insights to strategic and operational decisions.


Responsibilities

  • Strategic Influence: Partner with leaders to define priorities, shape investment decisions, and ensure strategic alignment across the Consumer Group.

  • Operational Excellence: Drive business rhythms (QBRs, planning, OKRs) to enable accountability, transparency, and executional discipline.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze business performance, identify trends and opportunities, and develop insights that inform key decisions.

  • Change Leadership: Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve processes, enhance efficiency, and accelerate innovation.

  • Customer Obsession: Ensure operational priorities reflect deep customer empathy and deliver tangible improvements in customer outcomes.


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or management consulting, preferably within technology or consumer-facing organizations.

  • Demonstrated mastery in Intuit’s Business Operations craft skills: strategic influence, operational excellence, analytical rigor, and effective storytelling.

  • Proven ability to lead through ambiguity, connect strategy to execution, and drive cross-functional alignment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with proficiency in data visualization and performance management tools.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; able to influence across levels and functions in a highly matrixed environment.


Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is:

Bay Area California $ 197,500 267,000
Southern California $
190,500- 257,500
