Job Overview

Come join Intuit as we build a next-generation, ground-up CRM product designed to revolutionize the Lead-to-Cash workflow. This team drives the foundational capabilities and ecosystem integrations necessary to seamlessly manage the entire CRM lifecycle—from initial acquisition and deep engagement to conversion and retention—across all Intuit offerings.

By deeply understanding customer friction and business value, you’ll lead an innovative and passionate team of engineers using cutting-edge technologies like AI, Machine Learning, LLM, Agentic workflows, Kafka, Java Springboot, Microservices, Kubernetes, and AWS.

As a development leader, you will provide the strategic vision to navigate complex integrations and coach your team to redefine the CRM landscape. Together, we will build a product that doesn't just manage leads, but powers the entire financial engine for Intuit’s global offerings.


Responsibilities

  • Foster a strong and inclusive engineering culture that develops the technical capabilities of the team
  • Bring out the best ideas from engineers by empowering them and leading by example where appropriate
  • Provide ongoing expectations, feedback and coaching to engineers as they navigate their career path
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships / alignment with partners across the business
  • Help drive initiatives forward with minimal process while maintaining accountability and commitments
  • Walk in your team’s shoes and find ways to unlock their productivity and minimize distractions – be the friction buster
  • Collaborate effectively and efficiently with teams in multiple geographic locations
  • Participate in product management and strategic leadership processes to further develop the future of the platform
  • Drive technical excellence through rapid experimentation, iterative development, and a relentless focus on continuous improvement.
  • Participate in architectural processes for the various elements of the platform
  • Hands on participation in software engineering work

Qualifications

  • Strong demonstrated experience delivering scalable experiences and demonstrated experience leading a back-end development team

  • Ability to create a vision and relentlessly drive toward ideal state in partnership with product management

  • Adept at articulating the technology vision

  • Strong collaboration skills. Demonstrated ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders and driving to alignment on technology direction.

  • Strong technical skills with the ability to contribute and review architectures, design and code.

  • Passion for technology with hands on software development experience

  • Proven record of accomplishment of managing high performance engineering teams

  • Very good understanding of software engineering practices and high velocity agile development.

  • Demonstrated experience leading a team with cross functional collaboration and global delivery.

  • Experience with the CRM domain is a big plus

  • Experience with the building Agentic workflows is a big plus

  • Experience with technologies: Java, Web Services, Kafka, Springboot, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, AWS, Microservices Architecture, CI/CD.

  • BS in Computer Science / MIS or equivalent work-related experience


Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. This position may be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is: $213,500-$288,500 for Mountain View, and $208,000-$281,500 for NYC
